(AsiaGameHub) –   Golden Whale and Text.com have entered a partnership to combine Golden Whale’s decision intelligence models with Text.com’s unified communications platform, according to the two companies.

As part of the agreement, Golden Whale’s self-improving models— which analyze real-time player behavior data— will feed into Text.com’s multi-channel infrastructure, allowing operators to send messages via live chat, messaging apps, email, and SMS, the companies stated.

Golden Whale noted that the integration is designed to support a closed-loop workflow where prediction, decision-making, and message delivery are connected, shifting operators from campaign-based messaging to agent-led interactions.
