(AsiaGameHub) –   InsightPlay.ai has named Diego Van Meerbeke as its Commercial Director to support the company’s accelerated growth throughout Latin America and other major regulated markets.

The company provides an AI-powered engagement platform that assists businesses in managing real-time customer interactions at scale, with a significant foothold in the iGaming sector.

Van Meerbeke was previously at Better Collective, leading commercial operations in Spanish-speaking Latin America, where he collaborated with operators and fueled revenue growth within a competitive affiliate landscape. His career also includes positions at The Walt Disney Company and ESPN, giving him extensive experience in media sales and partnership development.

This hiring coincides with InsightPlay’s transition from initial market adoption to broader commercial expansion, which follows a recent seed funding round and the rollout of its AI-driven engagement tools in various markets.

Although iGaming has been the primary driver of the company’s early growth, its underlying technology is now being evaluated in other sectors where immediate customer interaction is crucial for revenue.

In his new role, Van Meerbeke will oversee commercial strategy, operator partnerships, and enterprise agreements as the company grows its presence in LATAM, North America, Europe, and Asia.
